"The newspaper writes on Monday that a pilot project on integrated management of administrative crossings should be implemented in mid-December, but that given the opposition of the Serbs, "there is danger of new unrest and obstruction of agreements reached between Belgrade and Priština"."

Sorry, not sure I understood who is going to cause unrest! Serbs are in agreement and Albanians are in agreement. Where is the urest going to be imported from ?!

yes...and when they got here it was serbs who ruled roost :-) by the way,m i have read the report and nowhere does it say goals have not been achieved. it only states that more CAN be done. progress is recognized to have been made regarding corruption. still, its better now than it ever was when the heavenly people were in charge

Ian UK. "The clock is ticking!"

possibly in UK the Big Ben is ticking, but the famous Serbian or Albanian "clocks" are only sleeping...both sides can not listen the wind of changes...Serbia is just now celebrating WWI and its not a joke, so we can expect in 100 years but not earlier that Serbia will be faced with current affairs in a deeper way

Yes, Kosovo’s corruption disappeared as soon as freedom and democracy turned up. Perhaps you should read the EU Audit report on just how well Kosovo is going under the Illyrian’s rule – very interesting reading. Not one goal achieved in 13 years.

I think you should have be teaching philosophy with logic like “EU has ruled Kosova for 14 years, then its the EU that has corrupted us”. Brilliant logic – yes its all the EU’s fault, but then the EU can use the Homer Simpson defence – its was like this when we got there.

The thing with extremist Serbs is that they mean the opposite of which they speak. Expect violence. Expect it very soon.

No they are called by Dacic "Non-functional subcontract-persons by EULEX for tax-related duties at a traffic-control-container point between two areas South of Nis within a testing-program under Dame Ashton`s supervision to present the full control of the Great Serbian Government over its territory regarding the Serbian Constitution from tommorrow"
(Ron, 12 November 2012 18:04)

And what do you suppose they'll be called in just over 18 Months time when the EULEX mission expires and the Kosovo Assembly's customs staff take over full time at the boarders???

Surely you can see that these Belgrade-Pristina talks are all about Pristina administrating the north in the long run.

This is one of the reasons why I advocate Belgrade recognising Kosovo south of the Ibar river now, so Serbia can keep what it can. The clock is ticking!

Taxes instead of customs?? Oh my give it a rest already Dacic and just recognize kosovo independence already!!! Not border but administrative line not customs but taxes not border guards but uniformed tax officials. This is stupid and pathetic ridiculous and just recognize Kosovo independence already? What's the problem?

LOL considering we're talking about resisting a group of people who think law and order of the middle ages is perfectly appropriate for the 21st century, rocks are all that are needed. Considering you look to failed Croatian war criminals of the 1990s as positive role models within a "European" context to salve your aching ego because we refuse to recognize your apparent awesomeness, it shouldn't be too difficult keeping you pissed off and at a distance. But please continue to think all you want about "controlling" the north through at least three, if not four, third-party organizations. We'd much rather have you intoxicated on the belief of superiority behind the keyboard and on the other side of the Ibar than actively seeking to change the status quo on the ground like you tried to do and failed in 2004 and 2011. I mean if they have to do it again, they will, but it's a lot more fun listening to Rexhepi, Thaci, and other clowns constantly complain that the international community continues to support "illegal" and "parallel" institutions blah blah blah, which is exactly what will happen :)

You may go to the Dr and he may give you a transcutaneous medicine application and it sounds good but in the END that injection hurts just the same.

Well I do have a life outside b92 forums. God knows you don't since you make it a commitment to check Serbian news daily. Actually it makes sense, it is your country after all.

There is nothing radical in supporting the territorial integrity of your country. Dacic? I have never supported Dacic and the socialists in the my life and don't plan to start now.

See my view on politics in the Balkans is not as primitive as yours. I don't support any of these crooks no matter what ideology they claim to adhere too. They are all criminals and serve themselves.

Luckily the decisions they decide to carry out can easily be declared null and void. Especially with the temporary terrorist institutions in Pristina.
