Well he can't be reffering to Kosovo as Kosovo currently has full access and membership in three UN institutions, the World Bank, the IMF and the IRU. Before you know it, Kosovo will have membership in more UN organ organisations as a seat in the General Assembly isn't required for a country to join these organisations; this is all in line with the UN Charter.

So it is nice to see that Mr Jeremic does't regard Kosovo as a "Renegade Territory" because Kosovo has access to UN institutions.

That alone completly disqualifies him, and contray to the way he got his present job, he needs the blessing of the Security Coucil, which he will never get, because there are 3 countries which will block, veto him. If he really wants that job, it would be time for him to make a complete U-Turn, throw everything he ever said and believed in overboard and reinvent himself, which is very unlikely. Right now he has not prooven himself of being a peace loving, unbiast person, and there is little hope he will ever have these human trades.
