Nope, UN took over to administer Kosova for several years and when Kosova declared Independence, UN pulled out.
EULEX coming in was just to trick Serbia, which they said its ok, since there is somebody there from International community. This was done for public consumption in Serbia only.Now, EULEX is operating in Prishtina and northern Mitro ONLY. Soon to pack up and leave entirely.

This Vulin guy needs some lessons on history for past 12 years , in regard to Kosova.

Wolrd Champion in Lying (class: very low level) Vulin for Serbia was very primitive lying...disqualification. Vulin is afraid of the Albanians. Serbia will never come back to Kosovo and never come to Brussels, only as cheap tourists or asylum-seekers:)

Whic state would inform about his security system in detail and with excuses that the state is not willingness to act. Serbia has the duty to act on the fundaments of the constitution. There is such a confusion in all statements, no honesty and no dgnity, only excuses for mismanagement on all levels...will such a country become a EU-member? And what impression Serbia makes commenting all steps in Brussels only with its interest to get a date for talks with the EU. Its like a nasty child who is nice for a while to get the christmas gifts.
