Verdict for ex-KLA to be delivered on Nov. 29

Haradinaj’s Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) has said it expects an acquittal and Haradinaj’s return to politics “because he is the only politician ready and capable of standing up to (Kosovo PM) Hashim Thaci”.

What a funny argument for the acquittal of an alleged criminal. You need someone to stand up against another person with a criminal background, and that's why he has be be released? Fits perfectly to the independent mafia state of Kosovo, the most corrupt place in Europe.

The 'noble goal' of the KLA was to create a safe home base to operate their drug business from, without being bothered by police or justice organs - and everybody knows they managed to reach this goal, i.e. Kosovo became Europe's main drug hub under the Thaci government. The independence from Serbia (i.e. getting rid of Serbian police) was only a necessary side effect.

I personally believe that Haradinaj is innocent. I have never ruled out that certain individuals with or without KLA uniform have committed crimes against civilians Serbs, Albanians and non Albanians....for which they should be punished but I am very confident the KLA as an organisation had nobel goals ie independence from Serbia.

Since this wouldn't be the first time a war criminal walked free in the multiethnic paradise that Washington carved out of the Balkans, he'll probably walk. America needs a fallback in case they tire of Thaci :)

Retrying the 3 ex-KLA members was a pure political move, they had to leave Haradinaj another 4 years without a chance to activate himself in politics (on this time they used Thaci to get into these talks and stuff) , I think they`ll judge Haradinaj innocent , I`m not sure about the other 2 members, Ramush will be back and form an alliance with Thaci , and both of them will take the responsibility in the political talks.

So we have 2 ultra-Serb nationalists vs 2 ex-KLA representatives (I`m so godamn sure this will happen)
these guys will decide about the Kosovo problem and what they will do will be unchangeable forever , this will make free way for future politicians to continue changing the lives of people for good.

Not really needed. We already have Serbia as the safe heaven of crime in Europe. The Serbian state hides war criminals from justice. It provides dictators such Ghadafi with pilots, and Saddam with arms and heavy artilery. Terrorists bomb Spain and hide in Serbia because they feel safe. Serb armaments and arm dealers are confiscated and arrested throughout the world. The Zemun klan kills your prime minister. Milosevic kills his own man in the center of Belgrade, Arkan. You burn and loot embassies in you capital. Serbia prevents the public gathering of gays and lesbians. Hooligans celebrate with your prime minister. Your president is under surveillance. The Serb mafia is up there with the Russian mafia.

Of course Ramus won't be convicted. Not because he is innocent but because it would disrupt Americas propaganda against the Serbian people. To fullfil American goals of occupying parts of our territory in Kosovo and other parts of the balkans, and justifying the murder of 10000 of thousands of serbs, Serbia needs to continue to be the villain.

Not really needed. We already have Serbia as the safe heaven of crime in Europe. The Serbian state hides war criminals from justice. It provides dictators such Ghadafi with pilots, and Saddam with arms and heavy artilery. Terrorists bomb Spain and hide in Serbia because they feel safe.

Serbia has handed over all the accused of war crimes and they are certainly not hiding anyone. Please name someone Serbia is hiding.
