GDP growth of 2.5 percents could be even higher if Serbian government continue with systematic reforms of complete society including economy, justice and police. Maybe you don’t see a similarity between these 3 sectors but it is always connected in normal democratic country. Serbia simply must make a normal climate for investing of foreign companies. They must fill safety and secure with realistic possibility to make a profit.

Best get loans and aid from Venezuela, China, Russia, and other more friendly folk. South America's Bank of the South for example.

Strange though that these great friends would generally give only loans, whereas great enemies of Serbia like the EU and US would just give money to Serbia that does not have to be repaid !

Let us not delude ourselves, Serbia will not get even a penny till she recognizes Kosova.

The delusion is all yours darling. Enjoy it well.

The head of the WB is always and american, the head of hte IMF is always an european. Serbia can quite easily get a loan from countries that actually do have money, i.e. China, Russia etc.

These guys are both awful, best stay away from both.

The problem when doing stuff with both is that they then want to impose not conditionalities, but cross conditionalities! It's like having your neck at the noose, but two of nooses around your neck, not just one! Best get loans and aid from Venezuela, China, Russia, and other more friendly folk. South America's Bank of the South for example.
