Has Ford opened up a factory in Pristina yet? Surely your western friends would do something for you guys LOL.
(sj, 9 November 2012 11:01)

Yeah, unfortunately for Kosovo, its Western friends have not applied yet the glorious policies of China and Russia where the government decides what the best investments are for companies :)

Here is some news for you recognition is tough eating no matter how much you cook it. It doesnt fill an empty belly.
(sj, 9 November 2012 11:01)

Exactly, the same applies to UN membership, etc… Hopefully our Serb friends here will finally understand your arguments.

Well if that the case why hasn’t Kosovo moved one micrometer forward?
(sj, 9 November 2012 11:01)

Because it achieved what it wanted… i.e. being independent from Serbia :)
----------

Surely having the freedom and democratic loving countries recognizing an in dependent Kosovo would have made life easier and improved living standards, but alas nothing has happened.
(sj, 9 November 2012 11:01)

Well, between situation A (poor living standards + being under Serbia) vs B (poor living standards but independent from Serbia), no wonder Kosovo choose B. If you have 2 problems, dear, of course going to 0 would be ideal. But if you can’t go from 2 to 0, there is no reason why not to go from 2 to 1. I know, Serbs mentality is all or nothing, but others are a bit more practical :)
----------

Don’t worry about Vojvodina or Sanjak, nothing is happening there but Kosovo is dying on its feet.
(sj, 9 November 2012 11:01)

Yup, dying on its feet, but independent from Serbia. Apparently Kosovo is more than happy with that, but, I’m sure they really appreciate your concern.

As far as the WB or IM|F is concerned the US tried to make appoint here but what good is it being a member when you haven’t a cent to your name.
(sj, 9 November 2012 11:01)

Exactly, and the same is even more true with the UN, etc, but for some reason the Serb camp refuses to listen to you who are the CE of the B92 forums :)

P.S. CE = Chief Economist

Most of the UN states share our position and therefore help preserve our sovereignty and territorial integrity,” the minister was quoted as saying.

How pathetic have become Serbs politician. Today East Timor recognized Kosovo as sovereign state becoming 94th UN countries to do that. What more do you want!?

I suggest you try to preserve vojvodina and sanxhak, forget Kosova. Majority of western states have recognized Kosova, the rest I would call them undecided voters, which will come around sooner rather than later and recognize Kosova. Look at the vote at WB and IMF,which voted overwhelming for Kosova membership.
