A 6 year old constitution has "passed the test of time". Rich, paid comediens cannot come up with material this good.

Old yugocommunists,separatists and othersuniting to get rid of the constitution which defines Serbia as a nation state of Serbs,explicitly stating KiM being part of Serbia,curbing criminal elements from using separatism,highlighting the role of the Orthodox Church,cirilica etc.

But they are fighting a long lost battle,the people have backed it,all major parties strictly support it(except LDP and some loony leftists) !

to secure a political, social and economic stability and join a community of “normal, civilized” countries.

Wasn't this the statement of the 90's when that looser Slobo would address his people too justify the reasons he just sold out his people?!?!

A coalition of NGOs dubbed the Civil Vojvodina assessed on Thursday that Serbia “urgently” needs a new Constitution if it wants to secure a political, social and economic stability and join a community of “normal, civilized” countries.

These people have no idea the meanings of the words "normal" and "civilized" and in a healthy society, would not even have a job as they posses no real skill/expertise. Just more paid NGO's coming from the government budget/tax payers to prepare the Serbian people for the future capitulation their government is currently preparing for.

Vojvodina is a made up communist creation that never existed before the tyrant Broz. Srem, Banat and Backa, the three regions that make up "Vojvodina" collectively joined the kingdom of Serbia as three separate territorial units. There is nothing normal and civilized about what these psychopaths are trying to do.

The Titoist cancer never died after the tyrants physical demise. The Balkans of today was always considered the general evolution of Tito's Yugoslavia. A bunch of smaller neighbors collectively hostile to the Serbian state and the Serbian population, drawing the borders so that the Serbs of 10 million are all conveniently minorities in places like Croatia with only 4 million or BiH with 3.5...

And this lasting, Serbophobic ideology is headquartered where it always has been...... Belgrade.

I and most Serbs could give two sh**s what the "Venice Commission" had to say about Serbia's Constitution. Just a bunch of publicly paid socialist bureaucrats to appear as if they are busy and are worth the public expense but are rather complete parasites.

Would it be more binding if the constitution was not on paper but chisseled in stone? Would that make it more real for you?

No, I think making some amendements to say that, for example, Moon is part of Serbia, would make it more real because it will make Serbia a bigger country for the joy for all Serbs :)
