"Yes this is the world and there is a proverb in German: What Hans is allowed , is not allowed for little Hansi. "

Although personally I find this statement very pleasing, one must point out this proverb simply does not exist in German.

You certainly must have confused it with this one:

- What little Hansi doesn't learn Hans never will. (You can't teach an old dog new tricks.)

But as the Romans would say: Quod licet Iovi, non licet bovi. (What is legitimate for Jove (Jupiter), is not legitimate for oxen.)

All of these language problems could be avoided if more people in Serbia knew German. It should be mandatory in all Serbian schools.

"false asylum seekers"? - I´ve mentioned that before: This is an un-word. Seeking for false asylum or false people seeking asylum? There is a reason for this people to do so.. So don´t call it false in any order. And this means you B92 as well. Just stop it.

Is it only coincidence or why there is not mentioning that the Visa application in October by Serbian citizens increased again considerably compared to September (which was the record month before)? Aye, aye, aye...

It's the EU's 'Rule of Law'. One for the EU, one for everyone else."

It sounds very Serbian or "Balkanian", crying: "but they are allowed to do so and we not...". Yes this is the world and there is a proverb in German: What Hans is allowed , is not allowed for little Hansi. There is no neutral "Rule of Law", there is no law over the clouds like a Holy Father (what Kostunica believes). The bombing of Serbia was not in accordance with international law. But it was possible and shortly after this a country without any dignity like Serbia was kissing the boots of the bombers and is calling Italy, Germany, US friends how the PM is doing and Tadic has done the same. Yes there are special rules for colonies like Serbia. But Serbia is accepting since years also the most primitive conditions. If The EU would demand that Serbs had to stay every day one hour on one leg crying "Heil Ashton", they would do it and would be happy to come faster to heaven what is for Serbs in villages without roads the EU:)

Grubješić announced that the Justice Ministry would propose changes to the Criminal Procedure Code that would treat false asylum applications as a criminal act, "

What comes next: complains about Serbia are a criminal act or bad words about Germany? All this is very special for half-democratic countries but not for Serbia.
(Rick, 7 November 2012 14:41)

The Commission, Parliament and various countries will complain that Serbia is criminalizing gypsies and albanians (as these are the vast majority of asylum seekers) and demand that they treat them fairly. The same countries that supported KLA ethnic cleansing of non-albanians who then fled to Germany, Belgium etc. and then forced Serbia to take them back without having their asylum claims processes. It's the EU's 'Rule of Law'. One for the EU, one for everyone else.
