Thank goodness - things are moving.I hope the ordinary lives of both Serbs and Albanians will improve. No one can forget or should forget the past. But what politicians on both sides should now do is cooperate where they can. One of Churchill's favourite sayings was 'jaw jaw not war war' meetings like this can only improve confidence in peace and hopefully this will trickle down to help ordinary people who are desperate for normality.

There are real doubts in Belgrade and Brussels if Dacic is informing the goverment and president correctly about that what he has accepted. Its more and more unclear what play is on the agenda of Dacic.

I wish someone had forced the US officials to negotiate with Osama Bin Laden.

Look at the agreement a little closer. They decided to use the acronym IBM and fn that it can either mean Integrated "Border" Management (to satisfy the KAlbs) or Integrated "Boundry" Management (to satisfy the KSerbs). Both the farce and beuty of status neutrality: It means nothing, except to those who want to interpret it to their benefit.

Dacic meeting Thaci, whats next Netanyahu (Israel) having a few beers with Ahmidinidjad (Iran). Not even god can help Serbia how much our country has fallen apart. Good bye Vojvodina, Good bye sandzak, Good bye all territory between Nis and Kosovo, goodbye all land gained from the Bulgarians during the first Balkan world war. Serbs have destroyed their own country and we can only blame ourselves, not anyone else.

Oh yes its all very funny, but too bad your Kosova is no going anywhere soon. Its money that makes the world go round and the west has run out. Thaci will be forced to make verrrrry big compromises.

Another idea: Border can be state border (Albanian view= or provincial border(Serbian view). Means status neutrality and accepting reality that Kosovo is a disputed territory: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_territorial_disputes#Disputes_between_recognized_sovereign_states_and_other_states (between a recognized sovereign state =Serbai and an 'other state'= Kosovo)
