We need never forget that he has been in power for twelve years, but pretends that he has been in opposition ever since....

I can't agree more. Everytime I see an article about Dinkic he is blaming the previous government for his problems. Does he forget that he was the previous government? Is he stupid or does he just think that the citizens are stupid? He wasnt a junior nobody in Culture/Youth or something, he held extremely high positions dealing with Finance and the Economy.

Now I may not be a "economist" like Mr. Dinkic here, but even I know a deficit let alone a "higher than planned" deficit is a bad thing.

We need never forget that he has been in power for twelve years, but pretends that he has been in opposition ever since. It is a deflection of former responsibility, he thinks that our memory is playing tricks on us. He actually denies that he participated in the former governments , in key posts. His draft budget or the bill is inconsistent. The tax revenue will increase due to extremely high prices of consumer articles; the more expensive articles, the higher taxes. As for the reduction of government agencies, it will never happen. The non-partisan appointment of managers in public sectors, that he advocated in his pre-election campaign, is also a deceit. He is a rumor-monger, his statement about the bankruptcy of Vojvodina Bank has inflicted a serious damage to the bank, the result is that the investors drew out their deposits from the bank. The governor of the Central Bank implicitly warned him. I think the arrest warrant would have been issued if he had not been appointed Minister of finance.
