well, even if assuming that you're telling the truth, that earlier pic appeared to have very quickly become redundant or was perhaps wrongly inserted. And so, to quote you, "what's the message ....", now?

Please justify your claim that the flag is at half mast.

He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, and he is fluent in English, French and Italian.

In what language is he going to communicate with Serbs, since he does not speak Serbian?

Russian and Serbian is similar enough that just by being in Serbia for a year he could learn the language well enough to communicate with people. His predecessor did not know Serbian when he arrived but did more for Serbia's national interest than our government ever has. But again the problem always is, Russia can't be more Serbian than the Serbs.

It’s a lat time for true investments for the Russian market. There is a big possibilities and it is the last time to use this privilege which we have in exporting of goods for this market with huge advantages for our small and middle companies and complete economy with big deficit in trade with almost all countries. I believe that new government will improve it.EX biggest Russian enemy is the biggest investor there, and where was Serbia there till now?
