Serbia’s Deputy Prime Minister Suzana Grubješić says visible progress in the dialogue with Priština is a shortcut to a date for the beginning of the EU talks.

And what about Pristina, Adem, do you think that some of the charity from Brussels ends up in the pockets of Albanian officials? Where did the 3.5 billion in donor assistance go that was given to Pristina in the last 10 years? It certainly did not go to the people or infrastructure. Why don't you point that out, Adem?
