The Dodik-Lagumdzija areement meerly recognizes the reality of what is happening in BiH. Dodik is reinforcing the independence of the RS and Lagumdzija is trying to construct what he can for the survival of what is left of the Federation. The Federation has become almost as dysfunctional as Bosnia itself. Tihic is correct--they are trying to establishb a unionn of entities. But, unlike Tihic's perspective, a union of entities is a more healthy way to proceed than trying to breath life into the dying corpse of Bosnia. Bosnia is a forced, artificial political construct. The real blame for its failure rests with the arrogance of the West, not with Dodik or Lagumdzija.

Olli, you misunderstand state independence as opposed to an ethnic group within a state attempting to rezone and to connect to another state. Condoning the violent means executed by the Bos Serbs to attempt their rezone suggests a deeper misunderstanding of legality, morality and integrity; all three appear to have an unctuous reality for you.

Adem & iko,

Cut the crappy sobbing. If it was ok for Kosovo Albanians to go separate because they wanted it, it must be ok for Bosnian Serbs to go separate because they want it. It's not a question what is right or what is wrong. It's about people's will.

And don't start any stories. Kosovo Albanians achieved their goal with violence, together with Serbs. Did something completely different take place in Bosnia?

These are consequences of actions by people who play like they had never heard that word.

@Hank the _ank, consider of the former Yugoslav republics how many have opted for independence. The Greater Serbia fiasco has resulted only in death, division and deception. Perhaps it's time for Bosnia to be allowed the same rights of ascendency that each of the other former republics have claimed. RS's overt policy of destabilisation has hurt more than it has helped.

Typical policy of Serb.
Fat Man in little town show cooperation with one face.
With other face, try to destroy BiH.
How many more faces?

SDA, No Way

pre 11 godina

It's amazing what can happen in Bosnia when the SDA no longer pulls the strings and blocks every effort at reform that doesn't strengthen its own position. Look how long it took to get SDA ministers out of government even though the SDA did not form part of the government. They refused to go because they believe Bosnia belongs to the SDA. Europe and the US sat on their hands for once and didn't help them out.
