In Sarajevo, this gruesome twosome, Hillary and Catherine, are preaching a unified BiH, in Belgrade they are requesting good relations with Kosovo Albanians, in Pristina they siding with an independent Kosovo - what is the reality in all this nonsense? To me, it is clearly a desire for the Balkans to be the way DC and Brussels wants it to be, dependent pawns of the West - nation building "American Style".

The Albanians have received billions from NGO's and Western tax payers that have gone straight into criminals hands, the Albanians are not even educated enough to ask where that money actually went.

Oleg, this is nothing that cannot be changed with a new faces in Belgrade. Its going to take some time, Serbia as the other countries in the region are weak at the time. But at least they are real countries.

These agreements with separatists can be declared null and void whenever. There is nothing binding Serbia to any of these "agreements" and we can use the Serbian Constitution at any given time as grounds for destroying these agreements.

Seriously, what is stopping Serbia? Are living standards somehow going to get considerably worse by doing so? No. Are they going to bomb us again for Kosovo? No.

What was possible 14 years ago (illegal bombings) would not be considered today. What is on the table today, will not be possible 14 years from now. Hilary and them come to the Balkans and read the same script, but its the people there who will have to decide the future of the region.

And fortunately, despite the low birth rate, there are about 10 million Serbs in the Balkans. Compare that to 4 million Croats, 1.5 million Bosniaks and a little over 5 million Albanians. As you can see, Serbia equals about all of them.

Kosovo was thriving the whole time when it was occupied by Serbia. You could tell by all the new buildings during that time.
My friend, since the liberation in 1999 Kosovo has moved ahead more than in the previous 50 years.

All "proposals" are only in the interest of the Albanian side. All means the de facto recognition of Kosovo...for the Serb population in Kosovo it will mean that the "funds" from belgrade will be controlled also by Prishtina. If you see the real hat opposite Belgarde it can only be understood by the Albanians as total capitulation of Belgrade. It will come to an exodus of many Serbs from Kososov, possibly some circles in Belgrade will be happy with this development. Interesting is the speed of the talks and the dictated "results". Its the same like with the "border management" which was made without real real fundaments of common understanding.

The facts are as follows:
US is 17 trillion in debt with unfunded liabilities anywhere between 115 and 250+ trillion – every state is BROKE and now another 200 to 300 billion repair bill after Sandy. The US has retreated militarily from South East Asia with announcements that they opening a base in Darwin Australia – it’s a retreat as the last time the US was in that country was 1942. Lest see how they try and sell Sunday’s announcement by the Prime Minister that Australia is shifting from the US to Asia or should I say China.
The EU – every country in that union is either broke or so close to its not funny and it’s been to Beijing asking the Chinese to inject money directly into their economy to stave off recession. The EU had to go cap in hand to China and Russia to ask them to buy Euro bonds to build an EU fighting fund.
It is a known fact that Kosovo is the biggest burden on EU finances today. There is an air of desperation on both the US/EU part. They need to “normalize” things so that the little Albanians can go into Serbia proper to look for work – the EU will NOT allow them to roam in the EU to do that.
Now tell me what is Clinton or Ashton going to give Serbia? Money? Yeah it’s called monopoly money. I say keep their “money” and give it to the Albanians as they have so far in the last 13 years with amazing results of brand new infrastructure , six lanes highways, underground metro transport system with plenty of jobs with Ford, GM, MIcrosoft.

I agree, it can be said about the Serbs but most specifically the Serbian government. I recognize the level of corruption in Serbia's government and most Serbs do.

But Serbs have not gotten more 'aid' than the temporary Pristina institutions do. One should ask where that money actually went. Same as in Bosnia where Republika Srpska gets maybe 1/5 the aid the Federation gets but yet it remains the most stable and prosperous (as sad as that may be) part of this temporary country Bosnia.

Serbia is a fool to continue these talks - there is nothing good for Serbia nor Serbs in them. It is all to support the stolen statelet Kosovo - and only for the ethnic Albanians.

There's nothing about return of refugees (including Roma), their property rights, Serbia's stolen assets and investments in Kosovo, arrests of those who kidnapped and killed Serbs, etc.
