"Principles of talks won't be hidden from public"

A presidential adviser has told parliament's Committee on Kosovo that "no key principle of the Belgrade-Priština talks will be hidden from the public eye".

If we forget for a minute our political orientation and realized the importance of this talks starting with state platform, we will understand how much is unnecessarily even to ask what will be in the platform for negotiation. Sometimes, I really don’t understand Serbian mentality.
I should read again ‘’A Guide to the Serbian Mentality’’ by Momo Kapor.
