"UVZ wants to launch production before making offer"

Russia's Uralvagonzavod (UVZ) is interested in making a technical agreement with the Serbian government, Minister of Economy Mlađan Dinkić stated on Tuesday.

Sure. They'll hire people for a few months, get the blast furnaces running - and then what? Say they need a subsidy to continue operating, while hinting that shutting down the furnaces again (if they leave) will be costly and perhaps harmful to the equipment ...? The English idiom is "to get someone over a barrel." This offer doesn't even show any respect for the seller.

This has to be done asap, that is the kind of products from serbia that china will buy from serbia since they need steel. If that biz works out i think personally that serbia could get a smaller economy boost. Take all old cars and make a control of peoples cars and if they are to old and bad to drive take them and melt it down and start selling steel. :)
