Wow,didn't know that Uzice had 67 councilors, Uzice has around 80.000 inhabitants.
In the Netherlands cities above 200.000 inhabitants have only 45 councilors that's the max.
As for Belgium cities above 300.000 inhabitants have only 55 councilors also max number.
And in Denmark it's between 9 and 31 councilors except for Copenhagen that has 55 councilors.

So if these numbers count for more municipalities in Serbia, then Serbia could spare more money if it reduces their government like less municipally council seats.

I I travel a lot for work, trying to see as much as possible in Serbia. For now the only place
with fine infrastructure is Belgrade. You must realized that you must developing also the other cities. I hope that new mayors will be much better. I don’t see what could be worse.

Local governing and decision making shouldn't be run the same way as on state level. One should understand that on local level it is of utmost importance that all parties have a role in decision making in municipalities. The issues are of different quality than on state level.
The worst case is that representatives of different parties who have learned to work together, envisioned and agreed of common goals and common good are separated by state level party orders. Very very shortsighted. And stupid.

Weak Serbian "democracy": it would be impossible that after general state elections also the mayors from other paries would be changed to be in-line with the governments-majority. It shows a lot how the Serbian state at all levels is only a play-ground for filling the pockets of politicians at power.
