The shareholder assembly of the South Stream Serbia company has made its final investment decision in favor of the construction of the pipeline in our country.

LOL! Bitter Russia isn't using mighty corrupt alternative country like Albania? Did you miss the news that BP's sale of its half of TNK BP to the russian government not only gives BP 20% of the state company (now why would a western company want so much from a corrupt country?), but finally removes Yeltsin era oligarchs from the company, who have been paid off. Win-win all around. Unless of course it is you.
