He said that the state strived to get members of national minorities involved in all segments of society, and that he was particularly glad that the 109 graduates included 12 ethnic Albanians from southern Serbia.

Imagen if Kosova was part of Serbia, than , Serbia should have at least 15000 Albanian police officers or more in its payroll+ National Guards and the number will reach over 20000 Albanians under arms. According to birth rate in 20 years time, that number will be double. A nightmare for Serbia. Can you handle that Mr. Little Slobo?

"There'd be no need to travel all that way in order to deliver ultimatums."

Everybody knows such situations when a person is speaking, and all what he is saying is msunderstandable and awkward. And this is with Dacic when he open his mouth and is speaking about delicate affairs.
Clinton is not "travelling all that way" exrea to serbia. She is travelling in the region and will be for some hours in Belgrade. Can somebody imagine that a real PM in another country would show the maximum of his happiness in front of a foreign guest: the guest will not deliver "an ultimatum". How little must be the selfconfidence of Dacic and how strong is the own respect in front of the Serbian constitution concerning Kosovo. I guess even Serbia could have a betterPM with much more dignity. Possibly for Dacic are local police affairs enough to work with.
