Platform for Kosovo not secret, PM says

Kosova platform is well known to every citizen.The dialog will take place on equal footing. That is IT.

Serbian "platform" was a Serbian idea....why asking internationals....to pressurise Thaci about an Albanian platform. As far as I am aware the negotistions will be based on equality and reciprocity.....

So, either:
- Nikolic and Dacic do not communicate with each other
- Nikolic and/or Dacic lie
- There is no platform, but nobody wants to admit it

There is no way to reconcile the statements of Nikolic and Dacic. One or both of them are either clueless or lying.
