President: Ready for talks, independence unacceptable
Tomislav Nikolić says he drafted a platform for the Kosovo talks, while it was "now up to ministers in the government to make their suggestions and comments".
Recognition is unacceptable, Serb capitulation not: Kosovo as NEIGHBOR, no Serb institutions more in Kosovo, demarcation of the border, exchange of representations under diplomatic status, handing over all Serb affairs within Kosovo to the supervision of Pristina (health/education), handing over Serbian property to ristina (energy/telecommunication), opening the admission of Kosovo to UN/IOC/FIFA etc, BUT ALL THIS DOESNT MEAN ANY RECOGNITION, and from now Serbia will be the best brother and friend of EU/USA, Serbia will support all hard demands opposite Russia/China and send soldiers in NATO-wars....this will be nice and 2099 Serbia will finalize the admisson tals with EU and 3077 Serbia will become an EU-member OR NOT. BUT WE WILL FIGHT TO BECOME A PART OF EUROPE.
Ari,it takes long time for people like you to relise that we are allready Albania and we dont have to go back to Albania since Albania came to us.You might think NATO this and that but when they leave we Albanians will be NATO for people like you,like it or not.

You forgot the presidential order to increase the production of FIATs, as the MUP will need extra police cars to cart away any UCPMB or UCK troublemakers to jail where they belong.
The Serb positin is absolutely unclear: Either Serbia will find an agreement between Serbs and Albanians (how "nice" Nikolic speaks about "ethnic Albanians" whatever he means and where htis should be)or between Serbia and Kosovo (a state is defined by territory and the inhabitants which could also live abroad. The problem is: missing knowledge about the basics of international law. There is only one way for Serbia. schooling, schooling, schooling

Of course this strong rhetoric is acceptable because as has been reported that next week they will get the ground rules for the dialogue which "continue the dialogue and lift it to a political level without touching on the issue of status".
In other words Serbia can continue their stand and do their speeches as the subject is NOT going to be a subject of the negotiations, as Kosovo has stated many times.
The only model that exist is good neighbourly relations, what you do in your country in your business! You want the land but the people, not sure where in the EU that exists.
