Russian presidential election process is simple and easy: Everyone votes for Putin, other parties are not eligible in advance, employees of the state and state controlled companies are transferred in buses to vote for Putin, if necessary, they vote several times in different polling stations.

While I agree that the election process for president in the US is complicated and would like to see it changed. I think it is laughable to have observers from one of the most politically corrupt countries like Russia to even symbolically monitor elections.

Well the Russians didn't object to OSCE and EU observers monitoring their elections why should the Americans object to Russian ones?As for corruption the US is reputed to be one of the most corrupted states in the world.The old mafia families (organized crime) have simply moved theirareas of operations into Wall Street,Congress and government.

This small cabal of mafioso acting through their minions, the hundreds of thousands of employees of banking institutions and they steal the very land you cumber.These mafioso lent/borrowed trillions from each other and stuck the people of the entire world with the tab.Ask the average American where the trillions of dollars of valuation disappeared.The answer is that they didn't exist in the first place except in your minds. Capital which, in July of 2011, completed a “strategic investment” to take over a fair share of the Austin-based e-voting machine company Hart Intercivic.
voting and tabulation systems are now used, according to VerifiedVoting.org’s database, in all or parts of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Washington.
It would seem that in some of the important swing states there is a signigicant conflict of interests. Go Democracy.
