If the dialogue with Priština continues soon and quick progress is made, the European Council could give Serbia the so-called conditional date by year’s end.

"According to the daily, Clinton and Ashton will not present new conditions regarding Kosovo to Belgrade during their visit next week and they will encourage the continuation of the dialogue and repeat once again what Serbia is expected to do when it comes to Kosovo."

New 'unofficial' official conditions from the Germans and friends in December. They simply can't help themselves.

Who cares? Take your collapsing EU and shove it. Hillary and her war criminal cheating husband should never be allowed in Serbia to begin with. The only fitting thing is that she's visiting on Halloween, and needs no costume. She's an evil witch.
Cheers!!

The sources say that Serbia is expected to fully implement the agreement on the integrated management of administrative crossings,

Corrections Patrick:
It is called IBM (Integrated Border Management) and administrative crossing.

The daily has learnt from the Serbian government that Serbian officials should present a platform for Kosovo to the Clinton and Ashton"

Can this be possible? The so-called "stet secret" platform will be presentetdfirst-before it will be handed over to the Serb Parliament-first to Clinton/Ashton and it will be changed if they have some "comlaints". It would mean that the Serb position is only possible after the acceptance of NATO/EU and also Albania. There would be nothing more to negotiate, it would only an offer for capitulation. And it would mean in reality a recognizion of Kosovo.

The platform could undergo some changes if Clinton and Ashton had some major complaints but Serbia’s “red lines” would be strictly respected."

Red lines will be "strictly respected", only after "complaints" of Clinton Serbia will change everything. If one other coountries has "complaints", who will change the policy. And has Serbia opposite the US no complaints about the dangerous uranium munition from the bombings and other topics? When the US has built the new embassy in Belgrade, it was a condition that the Serbs will clean the ground from NATO-munition: andSerbia like has done what they wanted.

what Serbia is expected to do when it comes to Kosovo.

The sources say that Serbia is expected to fully implement the agreement on the integrated management of administrative crossings, withdraw its security and judicial structures from northern Kosovo, continue the dialogue and lift it to a political level without touching on the issue of status and to find a solution to telecommunications and energy issues."

a conditional date in December would mean a great time-pressure on Serbia to find agreements within a very short time for so many issues, a perfect situation f Prishtina, they must do nothing, only wait...and Clinton will present the "offer" for the EU-talks, is the US EU-member?

Bye Bye Kosovo, Hello EU. For all his hardline rhetoric and critisism of the previous government Nikolic and his cabinet have given in to the inevitable in the face of the nation. Not that this is such a bad thing, it is just that I can't stand hypocrites. I never liked Nikolic and never will even if he has turned out to be much better (for Serbia) than I thought he'd be.
