The Brits have a long history of lying and propaganda regarding the Balkans, and Serbs were continually fooled into thinking Brits were allies.

Given that Serbia is next to Kosovo, they have to be good at tackling drug trafficking or Europe would be awash with smack. looks like Hague and Dacic have had a few beers on that photo.
