"Oh, bullcrap! All those Roma belong to Serbia! They were brought into Kosova during the wars Milosevic started in Bosnia & Croatia!"

That's not true as the Roma were there during Turkish times. In Rebecca West's travel there in the late 1930's she saw a lot of Roma in Kosovo. And those who lived in Southern Mitrovica had lived there for hundreds of years. They were settled Roma and had decent homes and education as well.

The Albanians are selfish people and took over a land named, built and developed by Serbs. There is nothing historical there built by Albanians - even the mosques were Turkish-built.

The Germans are the biggest hypocrites of them all. More than 60,000 roma who were ethincly cleansing from Kosovo by the KLA went to Germany and demanded asylum.

Germany refused their rights en masse and to the shameful behavior of the Tadic government (to their eternal shame that is essentially ignored by the Tadic/Dossie friendly media) gave in to german pressure to take them back en mass and was complicit in denying serbian roma their fundamental human rights and their right to demand political asylum as they were denied by NATO+KLA actions, and still more so by EULEX and KFOR to return to Kosovo, i.e. accepting the permanent ethnic cleansing of Roma from Kosovo just to keep the albanians happy.

That is what Germany and Europe mean by 'Rule of Law'. It doesn't apply if they say so. Now how evil is that?

He gathered them up from all of frm yugo, only to try and change the ehtnic makeup of Kosova! He along with Serbia, always knew that the 97% Albanian majority's contribution to the makeup of Kosova, would be a big problem!
Germany, and other key members within the EU should reintroduce visa requirements for Serbia! The only visa free region that should be reserved for them, is back to the Carpatian mountains! One way ticket, & first class please! The only place where they will feel at home!

It makes you wonder. They say the vast majority are Roma and Albanians. What is going on here?
(Aura, 25 October 2012 16:13)

So many mistakes and here the clarification:

1.) According German authorities more than 90% of false asylum applicant of Serbia are Roma.

2.) Albania has Visa Free Regime with the Schengen Zone, just as Serbia. Yet, there is no significant spike of asylum seekers from Albania.

3.) Kosovo is treated separately from Serbia and has no Visa Free Regime with Schengen Zone. Issuing passports to citizens of Kosovo is Serbia's fault (and yet, 90% are Roma).

Summarizing: No hate, not love, just a fault made by Serbia which will cause some tremendous problems for Serbian citizens if not countered at once.

The actual pressure in the visa-question is also an effort that the Serbs would be ready to "sell their grandmother" for a visa, or clearer: to recognize Kosovo. Its clever from the West to demand for the same thing a second time for aservice from the serbs.

It makes you wonder. They say the vast majority are Roma and Albanians. What is going on here? The Germans love the Albanians so much, where's the problem? From the start these idiots have been hoodwinked by the Albanians. I guarantee the vast majority of albanians who claimed asylum in the EU during the war are not from Kosovo, but Albania. It is the human traffickers who coach them what to say. Heard of what goes round comes round. Now they expect us to bear the brunt of their stupidity. Typical.

There is no space for worring. It is just a diplomatic way how to Serbia draw attention to resolve this quite usual problem. We will see how new government is resolving this situation. I am sure that they know very good what to do.
