Amusing, this just highlights the fact that the EU has no standards or protocol, and perhaps even more heinous, that it breaks its own laws! Doesn't sound like a group I'd want to be a part of.

"According to Blic, in this case it would not be possible for EU member states to set new conditions after the concrete ones have been fulfilled."

Maybe to add: So far, there have never been new conditions set by any EU member for Serbia besides the ones that were known for years.

What it does mean is that Brussels has put itself in a corner and is trying any formulation to get Belgrade to let them out. Again.

"Great news for Serbia" like 100 times in the last ten years. The EU loves Serbia, only today the German Minister for Home Affairs has demnaded to abolish the visa-free regime with Serbia

Time to tell EU to work out the same agreement as exists between EU and Schwyyytserland or nothing, that should be Serbia's line.

Not particularly interested in the EU, am interested in EEA. At least they wont be able to keep blackmailing us with new demands with this.

'Could'? Sounds like another way of introducing new (German) conditions to me. More BS from Brussels. Do they think that Belgrade don't understand this? What it does mean is that Brussels has put itself in a corner and is trying any formulation to get Belgrade to let them out. Again.
