Populism in Brussels? How to solve the Balkan asylum crisis

Two totally unknown "experts", who have published before only anti-Serb hate propaganda. But now in Serbia at b92 as "experts" present. This is the porblem of the Serbs: knowledge zero and open the doors for the enemies...Serbia has no overview about the acting persons and their real intentions. To have a glas of Rakia together doesnt mean, the foreigner is a friend of Serbia.

Balkan should create its own UNION including Greece, Turkey, Romania,Bulgaria, Slovenia,Croatia,Macedonia,Serbia,Albania and Kosovo*. For this we need strong leaders. We have to unite our economy, open borders and have one single currency. I believe if we are honest and do hard work forget the past we could be the richest UNION called "BALKAN UNION"

^^ A common economic and customs market among those countries, with closer cultural and military cooperation would be idea. Turkey, Hungary and Croatia are not compatible for a lasting alliance with those countries.

Oh really? As far as I know, Roma have just been violently kicked out of their homes about a year ago in Serbia, without a warning or compensation. I'm sure that's only the top of the iceberg. I doubt that the Western Balkans can be labeled as "countries of safe origin". That's the easy way but not a reflection of reality.
I don't think that abolishing visa free travel is the right decision, but it is not sufficient to say that the Western Balkans do enough to ensure minority rights and that they are safe countries of origin.
