EU’s Ashton to accompany Clinton on Belgrade visit
EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton will accompany U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton on her visit to Belgrade.

Somebody needs to be told the same message by both women at the same time and in the same room, I think. So there are no "but she said, but he said..." later. Like when a couple of parents try to make a kid really obey by telling him or her the same thing..
Now, what that message will be? Who knows. I do not think anything good..

Does this mean they will be shooting Charlie's Angels MK III in Belgrade this time?
I am guessing that Thaci will be Charlie since he can't be there in person. Cedo would make an excellent Bosley.

Ashton is of little importance, just Clinton's sidekick. This is not a farewell visit because Clinton intends to be back in 2016, this time as president of the US. She does not want be Obama's secretary of State for four more years and ruin her chances at the elections of 2016. In the meanwhile she wants to make sure that everything in the Balkans is going according to plan.
It seems that Serbia is establishing a new politic so that’s why a crucial players would like to know what is going on there. As I understood, Serbian prime minister Mr. Vucic intends to be a new Eliot Ness in country with the biggest percentage of corruption in all Europe. Very brave. Also, they are going in good direction in communication and cooperation with neighboring countries. EU and USA are certainly surprised with new Serbian government.
To jump over all "red lines" its a question of less dignity, lets say mentality. The long long resistance of the Albanians against the Serbs shows no clearer their mentality. What can you expect from people in Belgrade who could be easily accused in Den Haag to for "war propaganda". The prefer to be on the safe side knowing that they will have a good living standar later for her move.

What kind of progress? This can only mean some steps toward the recognition and the abolishment of the Serb presence. But you can be sure, if Washington "wishes", Belgrade will jump over all "red lines".
