@Jovan PLEASE READ MY LIPS...........

YOUR SERBIA LEADERSHIP IS FINALLY TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR AGGRESSIVE ACTIONS.
THEY ARE CLAIMING TO NEVER AGAIN THREATEN OR ATTACK THEIR NEIGHBORS.

Serbia is actually talking sense for once in a very long time.

I must confess this is really shocking to me considering how long Serbia has acted this way and now THIS CHANGE................

WOW..........

When the wars started none of those areas were foreign territories, they were all part of Yugoslavia according to international law, because when the war started they were not endorsed by the UN or given membership. You act so smart but miss pretty key facts, your ignorance gets the better of you all the time
(SCP UK, 24 October 2012 15:47)

I may have missed it but I don't recall Serbia being endorsed by the UN or given UN membership in the 19th century, so I assume that Serbia was part of the Ottoman Empire and its successors until 1945.

@Mick history and math seems no to be your strong.
To summaries for you:
With your desire to artificially make important a weak and small country like Serbia your fantasy go to extremis.
You say that: Bosniak are Muslim Serbs, Croat are Catholic Serbs, Montenegrin are your brothers, Bulgarian and Macedonian are your same kind. Greeks are your Orthodox brothers, Albanians are aliens that comes to Balkan ???? tell me you when. Conclusion ex Yugoslavia,Bulgaria,Albania,Greece is all Serbia or United State of Serbia or Byzantine Empire of Serbia. I’m right?

oh great... while one Albanian thinks the serb army has vanished... =)

the other is referring to the "expert" Noel Malcolm... it seems like some Albanians still have not realized that some "scholar" who is being sponsored by the albanian diaspora isn´t much of a real source if you want to bring up serious arguments...

but in the end, what else can you do, ..since history, moral and ( international ) law are clearly on Serbia´s side here.

you are forced to lie, and that´s it. there´s nothing else you can contribute except brutality against children and elderly people or simple lies.

In 1991 bih/cro/slo were part of SFRJ!!
Serbs living in these territories did not desire independence or split of YU!

I know that in the Ottoman time Serbs have been ethnically cleansed out of kosovo/Macedonia/Bulgaria/Albania!!!!!
Skadar: 20.000 Serbs lived there in 1913
Prizren 1887: more then 20.000 Serbs were forced to leave!

Albania had only 700.000 inhabitants,
including: Greeks/Turks/Serbs/Vlachs/italians/Roma/Macedonians/Bulgarians/Slavic Muslims. and these ethnic group compromised some 40%

In kosovo at 1870: 160.000 albanians in 1913: 300.000 of 600.000 people
In Macedonia 1912: 100.000 of the 2.2 Mil people
Furthermore moving from the Albanian mountains to Shar planina or Skopska crna Gora or drenica in the 19th C at the same time Serbs had to leave from there!
And now you claim Kosovo was always Albanian?
I suggest to look at the place names of Kosovo and Albania too and you will see that most have Serbian/Slavic origin.

Macedonians and Bulgarians and Serbians where in the past 1 people nut driven apart through time.
about Bosnia: Bosnians/hercegovians fought for many decades under the Turks and Austrians for joining Serbia (same people different religion at that time).

So if we look at greater albania for that time 1912: albanians would compromise a minority in their own country! But through albanization and high birth rates you try the same in 2012, sure try it, but you will be slapped in your face again!

Of course Serbia shouldn't be waging was, but Serbia doesn't wage wars. Serbia has only fought wars in the defence of the people, and we have never invaded foreign territory to fight wars.

You Serbs when speak for story are really funny from president to SCP UK. I personally think that for Balkan is important that people to learn the accurate and true story. For people like SCP this is a hard task. They don’t accept a reality that they have lived personally, how can they accept the real story of WWI? SCP UK just read Dimitrije Tucovic for WWI. SCP UK just for the sense of accurate geografic details, Albania(natural), Bosnia, Sandzak, Macedonia was not Serb territory , Durres, Elbasan, Skopje, Dibra are not Serb cities. What was doing your army in these places during WWI? Also Serb doesn’t mean Yugoslav. What was doing Sesel soldiers in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Kosova in 199s years?

In Serbia, this matter of course seems to be worth to be explicitly mentioned, having in mind that a former Serbian leader not so long ago thought differently, and it ended in a disaster for the whole region (including Serbia itself) with 100.000s of people killed.

SCP UK

Of course Serbia shouldn't be waging was, but Serbia doesn't wage wars. Serbia has only fought wars in the defence of the people, and we have never invaded foreign territory to fight wars. The west & NATO however crosses countless borders to fight wars of invasion where they often support terrorists, just like on the Serbian territory of Kosovo where NATO supported Albanian terrorists. So perhaps Nikolic should be pointing the finger at nations guilty of waging wars.

"Commenting on the First Balkan War, the president said that Serbia had managed to liberate Kosovo in the war and pointed out that one should always bear in mind consequences of the war."

Yes they did manage to "Liberate" Kosova aka land with an Albanian majority. So basically an Ottman-Turk dictatorship was replaced by a Yugoslav-Serb dictatorship. 1913 saw Serbia and Greece carve up Albanian lands, leaving Albania with only 60% of Albanian lands. The real liberation of Kosova came in 1999. Now the people of Kosova rule themselves instead of having Turks or Serbs rule over us!

I agree. An honest defense of Kosovo i Metohija by the Serbia's government even through diplomacy only will suffice in keeping KiM a frozen conflict and a disputed territory.

However, defending your people from attacks in their own country is every governments responsibility. It's not Serbia trying to impose itself in Pristina, rather Albanians trying to impose in Mitrovica, Gracanica ect. So if Serbian lives are directly threatened, and Belgrade watches on, then Nikolic & Co. are committing high acts of treason.

Serbs in Mitrovica took the situation in their own hands and in July 2011 defeated the ROSU unit in a matter of hours. But Serbian communities below the Ibar must be able to function under Belgrade otherwise this will eventually lead to a full scale war again.

Albanians want greater Albania its obvious. They want it at the expense of sovereign nations (Serbia, Greece, FYR Macedonia, Montenegro) and are willing to go to war for it. But it will end in defeat as NATO wont help you attack 4 UN recognized states.

So no president, Serbia is not the one asking for a war. But we have to defend our own people from aggression and violence, at any cost.
