Total confusion in Belgrade...is Dacic making his steps alone with his foreign advisers, it seems so...the president is not involved...in all other countries a security cabinet or a council for security affairs would prepare such important steps, but not in Serbia...here everything was promised in detail to the foreign "friends"....one of the guests from germany in the last weeks is now in such problems due to his un-diplomatic comments toward Russia that he there a persona non grata, but not so in Serbia....the constitution is possibly only used for the toilet and other regulations donot exist in important questions...Dacic will not sign the capitulation in energy and telecommunication (it is here a multi-billion affair of Serb property)alone, the two relevant ministers should do it, possibly the Serbs will deliver electricity to Kosovo to stabilize the counries poor economy....the Serbs dont know what they are doing in their EU-fanatism...enough material for 100 comedies; and this was an "enemy" for the West once???
