Serbia contunuies to be a key factor of instability in the Balkans, Serbia refuses to officially recognize kosova's territorial integrity, it refuses to establish good neighborly relations, with all neighboring country's in the region, it refuses to stop funding the illegall structures set up in northern Kosova! I see a military pact in order, looking at the current climate in the Balkans! Every country in the Balkans besides Serbia, is trying to move forward in seeking greater stability in the Balkans, and in becoming future members of the EU. The country's of the Balkans must take a proactive approach to the current situations!

All these countries invited are full off albanians whoe only goal it is to tear every country apart to create great albania.
