Did Montenegro already sell themselves off to albanians ?
All these countries invited are full off albanians whoe only goal it is to tear every country apart to create great albania.
There is really something rotten going on there.

The dialogue will not affect Montenegro's policy on Kosovo, as Podgorica recognized Kosovo's independence, Vujanović said.

Great! May I then suggest to the leaders of Montenegro, Albania Kosova Macedonia, that will attend this meeting to sign a military pact! A pact that, if 1 of these countries is attacked, then it will be considered as an attack against all 4! I believe this formula would in fact, help the region of the Balkans get over the next hurdle &, it would also thwart any future plans by Serbia towards any aggressive military campaines against any of its neighbor's! I would also invite the leaders of Croatia to join this military pact, as it would add 1 more key country in the Balkans! If we look at history, all of these country's have in 1 way or the other, been brutally victimized by Serbia's aggressive policies of the past! Serbia contunuies to be a key factor of instability in the Balkans, Serbia refuses to officially recognize kosova's territorial integrity, it refuses to establish good neighborly relations, with all neighboring country's in the region, it refuses to stop funding the illegall structures set up in northern Kosova! I see a military pact in order, looking at the current climate in the Balkans! Every country in the Balkans besides Serbia, is trying to move forward in seeking greater stability in the Balkans, and in becoming future members of the EU. The country's of the Balkans must take a proactive approach to the current situations!
