Kuwait approves loan for Belgrade railway station

Kuwait will approve EUR 25 million loan to Serbia for the construction of Belgrade's railway station Prokop "under very favorable conditions".

This statement can only come from someone who lives off social security. They reside in the west and yet have no concept of borrowing for infrastructure.

No there are no money trees to be planted in back yards except in Kosova.
