I know enough to know that if there ever was an apology to Albanians for Kosovo*, it wouldn't be given in Tirana as officials there have no connection with it. I also know Albanian "solidarity" works best at a distance and better simply as a mental conception. You can sit there are talk all you want about this unbroken mentality of Albanianism from Skoder to Tetovo, but the minute some family moves from Drenica to Tirana, everyone's aghast at the thought of a urban center being invaded by bumpkin farmers and their extended families crammed into one apartment.
But hey if you want to open your doors to Kosovo's population surplus as long lost brothers, by all means by my guest :)

Comparing this FM with the previous FM, there is no boastful rhetoric so far, we have not heard from him the big words and illusions Vuk got us used to. It really feels like a big change, Serbia got rid of Vuk, gave him to the world to deal with for a year.

Serbias Fm is going to Tirana...i there a key for the Kosovo-talks, or is the FM, formerly as mbassador in Cyprus with all the Milosevic money-laundry, interested in other businesses...why the FM is not going to countries in the West or North where he can learn and study how to solve internatinal disputes or to manage conflicts...it looks that only under the whip of the EU Belgrade makes useless efforts to re-establish "little YU" in some aspects
