Is Belgrade dissatisfied with Thaci because he is prime minister of Kosovo, or because of his possible involvement in alleged atrocities? They should not be too upset about him being prime minister, since they don't recognize Kosovo, and thus his role is not recognized to them. They also should not be too upset about crimes which may or may not have ever happened, and in which he has never been indicted...

This man has inflicted enormous damage to the citizens of Serbia! This man has cooperated with our former president Slobodan Milosevic and now he has the authority again to decide about the lives of people living in Cosovo. It is really ironic! I hope this man will be arrested if he visit Cosovo again!

Well well well, the photo published after the meeting in Brussels speaks different dear Aleksander! Your PM was all smile, and he even managed to notice how "small" Kosovo flag was while he was not "shaking" hands with his counterpart !

I genuinely think that this guy is very irrelevant in Serbian politics...but funny enough he thinks he is important....and has got influence. One day I was reading here at B92 this guy saying how "bravr" he was of not being afraid of being arrested in Kosovo for crossing illegally. Wha a hero.....he thinks....)))

A person with no kind of authority is talking like he is the President of USA. What an idiot.

I know, I know. Thaci says a lot of dumb things and throws his authority around like it actually holds weight, but that's why we love him so much because when backed against the wall like he's been so many times since 1999, his haughtiness gives way to appeasement all to protect his assets. He's an idiot, but he's all America has and far more likeable than that maniac Haradinaj.

Oh, you meant Dacic? Oops, sorry. Well, he is the most powerful person in Serbia, which last I checked isn't struggling to prove to the world it's an independent country from behind the cloak of Uncle Sam. Dacic may be a buffoon, but he doesn't have any problems travelling wherever he wants :)

I for one am delighted America's little sock puppet will take part. The last thing we need for the Kosovo* side is an intelligent idealist. Thaci is a moron, make no mistake, but he's fantastic at taking orders from the international community if he wants to stay in power - and subsequently to avoid being prosecuted for a number of crimes - so I'm more than happy to take a realist who, in exchange for thinking Kosovo* becomes as fully sovereign state signs away the north, allows greater EULEX executive oversight, and continues to think he can keep Serbia away by selling every single industry, business, and investment to external companies. All no doubt within the international affirmation of "good neighborly relations".

There are "professions" which are excepting everybody to come in. Serbia "cannot influence" anything, but has no clear position. Nobody in the world would act so un-professional...OK these special "profession" would, but for money and results.
