I've always said that in areas of Serbia where there is a large Vlach population, all kids (Vlach or Serbian) in those schools in Timočka Krajina should learn in Vlach 1/4 of their school day and remaining 3/4 in Serbian. A Vlach speaking Judge should be available, and a Vlach-speaking Nurse or Doctor should be available at the hospital in Zaječar or Bor 24 hours a day; there should also be a Vlach speaking Police Officer 24 hours a day somewhere in the Timočka Krajina.

Just for the record, I'm not Vlach; I just want to ensure their rights as citizens of Serbian are protected.
