Serbia is always ready to negotiate. I'm not sure that the so-called state of Kosovo sincerely wants to negotiate. Albanians do it only if someone from Europe presses them.

Some people here a re speaking about "frozen conflicts"? What is this? If you have some (normal) problems with your boss or partner, is his a "frozen conflict"? Our live is full with conflicts, this is normal. And you cannot solve all conflicts. The Albanian question has a historic dimension and needs historic dimensions to open a new chapter. It needs time. Its very primitive that the Serb leaders ONLY due to the pressure from the EU believe they can solve the Kosovo-problem. This needs many many years of contacts of the practical level, before the top-politicians should and can meet. What we can expect from Dacic with his little knowledge in details and his fast moves from one extreme to the other. And this will the same with the Albanians. Before the talks have started they are finnished (for Serbia). Serbia will again either accept a Western ultimatum or get again and again the black card. Better a "frozen conflict" as a "warm war". If your fridge is broken all the frozen producst will soon smell. Some people dont know what they are saying.

Politicians of Serbia, a little advice, don't make things worse for Serbia! You should go into these talks and recognize Kosova in its entirety, your Serbian nation shall receive great assistance for its economy & its EU ambitions! If you think you can go into these talks thinking that you can somehow manipulate, the Kosovare government & EU officials into accepting anything less then full independence for Kosova, you will be making a unwise & fatal choice! So, te Serb "leaders" will not meet to set a common ground for the coming talks. This means, Serbia has no own position, it is expecting the ready agreements from the EU and later again betry the own people not telling them the truth what was signed.
What have "two Germanies" (one nation which is now living in one state) to do with Serb-Kosovo relations (two nations which hate each other like fire and water), "two Germanies" is (if?) similar with Kosovo-Albania, which will one day one state.
Both German states were at the end both members of the UN. Will Serbia go this way? And the target of West-Germany was the re-unification, what later happened. Who is West-Germany and will survive? Serbia or Kosovo. But West-Germany was a member of NATO/EU, and so is Kosovo strong related with the West, Serbia not. So, will Serbia one day not more existing? Persons speaking about German-German relations in this context have ZERO knowledge, only repeating stupid slogans. They could also speak about the relations of the two Congo-states or the relations within Indonesia. But possiple they dont know wehre this regions are.

Im sick of this ‘we won, we won’ slogan. Both camps need a new thinking strategy and leave the past behind. This is not a game of one party wining and one loosing. In this frozen conflict everybody is loosing. We’re wasting precious time rambling on and on and on. People are suffering whilst nothing is achieved.
