Prosecution has new facts in organ trafficking case
Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukčević said on Wednesday night that new facts had been found in relation to the human organ trafficking in Kosovo.

The other side you speak of is visually recorded and seen across the world on both sides from all over ex Yugoslavia, we are talking about here say. No visuals no victims no weapons no witness ( if it can be proven ex kla extracts heart without experience for transplant, doubtful you know it we all know it you have to support your brethren and not truth and justice) no evidence, just Serbians doing the usual spin.

I don't think Serbia should trust them - where is the investigation in Kosovo, Albania, and even Macedonia where the criminals and the remains of the kidnapped would be found.
I worry they will compromise the safety of the witnesses, as the EU did nothing on the witnesses for Haradinaj and other witnesses against former KLA. These witnesses were threatened by the KLA and they died in mysterious "accidents" and "suicides".
I feel the info they collect on the Albanian/former KLA witnesses and the Serb families/survivors will end up in the hands of those who want to harm them.

YOu tell a lie about their neighbors and they'll believe it instantly no matter how ridiculous it may sound.
Let's wait for the 'evidence' to pour in.

I wonder what EULEX will be done in the investigation. Extraction and sale of human organs is one of the most serious crimes. And all this is happening in Europe while NATO bombed Serbia savagely.

It can be said in the other way too. Why is it that people assume the undeniable guilt of karadzic, mladic and milosevic, but the say that other's are innocent until proven guilty too.
Yes, the prosecution needs to firm up its case, it needs to get witnesses, as do all procesecutions the world over.
I laugh when someone can say without a doubt one thing or another without being omnipotent (or that they claim they are). We can't be sure without mountains of evidence, that an accused did what they were accused of -- thats how the judicial system works.
Yes these potential organ harvesters are innocent (potentially innocent) until proven potentially guilty.
What now? Have they got a witness who saw with his own eyes the KLA learning how to extract human organs from the Children's game "Operation"???

If there are victims if there were perpetrators and if a crime has been committed, the punishment must fit the crime.
The funny part is the consistency of Serbians thoughts, how is it your leaders and citizens can proclaim, karadzic, Mladic, milosovic, innocent until proven guilty then turn around hang a man before any facts on the Albanians on any matter that involves them.
