Serbia to propose to EU states to shorten asylum procedure

Serbia is in no position to tell the EU how to handle its asylum process.

It's not about 'experts' or 'tourists', but simply about an amount of people who abuse the asylum system in wealthy countries for pure financial reasons. They are in no way persecuted in Serbia, and none of these persons get asylum granted. But until they are sent back, they enjoy support and money from the western states.

It is only a political question. Germany has never accepted Roma from Kosovo but Albanians endless. Today Germany is welcoming many many people from Iraq and Syria IF these people are of christian faith. The number of these people is much higher as the applicants from Serbia/FYROM. Germany will not accept people from Serbia at all.

But Serbia is not a 'third' country (i.e. transit country), the false asylum seekers are Serbian citizens (though mostly of Roma and Albanian ethnicity)

They are persecuted in Serbia, because of the bad economic situation without any perspective. To be honest EU is also one of the reason for that, there are too many bad political and economic moves. We can at least agree that they are not helping as much as they need. None of these persons get asylum granted? So this is a very fickle politic of the EU bureaucrats. How can they be so sure about all people, or they have some instructions? I dont want to believe in that. Unfortunately, there will be more and more Euroscepticsv and Eurobarometer will be on the very short level. Bureaucrats are not thinking about that, maybe new Serbian government will count on it. From one bad EU move to another and as result Serbia can go to the opposite direction, to cooperate with some other countries in some political or economic affiliation. This could be a bad way for Serbia, or not, who knows that.

Here's the proof that EU is not a perfect political organization, offcourse. Its normal. Their primary goal is to protect their own interest and I understand it. But on the other hand you must believe in Serbian perspective and a good will to became a strong member of the EU. Visa-free arrangement mean more tourists from Serbia and whole region? Isnt it? How much worth one good expert? How much they received them. How much they payed to the Serbian education system for their finished education as they are working in the best German companies.
