What does it mean? Does it mean that Serbia will have dismantled Serbian institutions in Northern Kosovo by 2013?

Yes, but President cannot speak so explicitly like you.

If any country deserves to become a member of the EU, it is Serbia. I expect Serbia 'll get a date for negotiations in spring 2013. Serbia is truly committed to EU membership. So I think we will get that date in the spring.

Unexceptable diplomatic behavior of Mr. Nikolic, much better than I expected. They need a stable political situation, including whole region, specially in Serbia as the biggest country and natural leader. Good luck!

Who is talking about Russia? Some people still have something like a trauma from this country. People, World War II was long time ago and yes they are the winner. Serbia is completely loser since 1990 and this is the last time to find new markets for their very quality products. I know that Serbia still has a very quality textile, agricultural and metal products. Previous government was very bad, like they only want to take as much as possible money from their citizens in illegal way. It was all because of the personal interest of the ex ministers and people in government agencies. There was maybe the biggest corruption in whole Europe. Maybe the newest government is not the best solution for the country but they are certainly much better solution. Serbia must go forward and I honestly believe in my friends in Serbia.

Serbia as "a bridge between East and West"? Impossible, if you look on the geographic situation of Serbia. How man Serbs are speaking Russian? Has Serbia a great impotance on the Russian market? Nothing is here true. Nobody in Russia or Chna needs the cheap quality products from Serbia in textile or leather industry. You can only use Serbian shoes for torture. Today with Russia as WTO-member nobody needs a thirs country as a bridge. Thousands of German -also medium-seized- companies are directely active deep in the Russian province. In more German schools children are learning Russian as in Serbia. Are there schools at all in Serbia teaching Russian? Only from Berlin you have eight daily flights to Moscow, and more from Frankfurt. The "East" is so far from Serbia and with countries like Bulgaria the relations are not really good. And the Bulgarians have traditionally better contacts with the Russians. And also this country is not more important as a bridage like Poland or Ukraine. A better position had Turkey. But the real bridge is Germany or also Holland as trading nation. Serbia is out. Compeltely out. The Ses must find an OWN business-model for their country. Belgrade a city without a real infarstructure like hotels or a big airport gives an impression like the East 40 years ago.

Having been spoon-fed with €USSR propaganda day and night 24/7 (does B92 have other "news" as well?) Serbs are either deadly tired and would take the first opportunity given to reject it or, still walking apathetic zombies
