You totally failed to see the difference. Scotland is inhabited by native Scottish citizens. Scottish=Scotland. Albanian=Albania not Kosovo. Kosovo is inhabited by illegal immigrates from country called Albania.

And if you travel in those 90 villages they are empty anyway,because most of the people are in Greece.
I am orthodox myself and I can tell u with 100% certenty that there is NO major city nor large towns where greeks have majority.
If they have e referendum in those 90 villages OK,but albanians in South Epirus shpuld have the right for referendum too,and I can tell u that there are more than 600 albanians speaking villiges in South Epirus who still speak albanian.

We will see the last census result and you will see that greek minority has shrinked because they live in Greece already and they were not counted along with albanians living abroad.
All we know is that 70% of albanians didnt put any religion in the religion column.

The EU didn't want to accept a country that could compete with them economically after. The break up of Yugoslavia was very inconvenient for the EU and they didn't support it at first, hence why Slovenia and Croatia weren't recognised by the EU countries until mid 1992 despite declaring their independence a year beforehand. It ruined all the EU's plans, Yugoslavia would have been in the EU by now if it weren't for the break up of Yugoslavia. The EU always had been very friendly with Yugoslavia and wanted it as a member after the fall of Socialism.

There is also heredity ethnicity that as evolved over the past 300years due in part to the movement of British regiments around the Isles and the settlement of retired soldiers, and the big one, the massive migration of families for economic reasons (which still exists) which saw many Irish arrive for the boom in Canals and railways and Scots arrive for the cotton industry.

And those who think that Scotland will be gaining its freedom from 'England' ought to understand that the same, I hope, will be true for the other British nations. Scotland has been over-represented in UK politics, banking, media, police, military and God only knows what else for far too long now, and they already enjoy, undoubtedly with English money, education and healthcare rights no longer available to the ordinary people of England.

Time, indeed, for them to go.

Belgrade didn't recognise the independence of Croatia until after Operation Storm in 1995. The border was based on the border of Croatia in SFR Yugoslavia and that is what it is today. My point stands.

Yes we've seen the proposed Greater Serbia which includes huges parts of Dalmatia, Slavonia and Lika. But that was never going to happen.
