"On the other hand, if the Serbian authorities do not start seriously dealing the causes of collective trips to Europe for just several hundreds of euros a month, in the long run it is possible that visas will be reintroduced" she concluded.

Exactly that!

To mark : so what about the Brits Mark? they are half pro European because they stick to their own currency and does your good idea apply to the Swiss as well ? as for the Romas they roam around as always and that has nothing to do with Serbia alone, perhaps they get some sort of assistance when reaching Germany, maybe more than what they would get somewhere else and even when they are sent back that is with some "help" money to return, hence they just keep coming back,it is quite simple to fix...if there is a will.

They should.Anti-European people should not be awarded with a visa-free regime.

The situation is getting worse. In September 2012, the amount of visa application from Serbian citizens tripled(!) compared to August. That spike is remarkable and leaves the question what was the cause of it. Romas are not in dire situation since yesterday but since always. Maybe some simply saw a chance to cross the border until EU will seal it off.
