They will not reintroduce visas for Serbia simply because they dare not do that. Moscow will not allow it and the rest of the rabble that comprises the so called EU elite are to shit scared of frightening off the few remaining Serbian citizens that still have some hope of going into the EU. Every day thausands of gypsies from Romania and Bulgaria settle in makeshift ghettos in Western Europe and the govermnents of the host nations could do very little about it since those are citizens of the EU. Also, there are some Roma refugees from Kosovo now in Serbia and some of them only know Albanian and not Serbian very well.
All the Serbs with Croatian passports should apply for political asylum in Germany cause there is a lot of political persecution going on in Croatia having to live next to guys like Lenard and listen to Thompson lyrics.

Maybe it pushes Serbia to persecute the criminal structures of human trafficking that transport these 'asylum seekers' to Germany and other EU countries. How can they afford the money for the trip if they are so 'poor'? One thing is clear: People in Serbia are not persecuted, there's no reason to flee the country except for economic reasons.
