In general, EULEX cannot perform the task of turning Kosovo into a working state. But I don't understand why they only focus on the North. No, whole Kosovo is a black hole, a hotbed of crime and corruption, and being Europe's main drug and a safe harbor for all kind of criminals, it is a threat for the safety of whole Europe,
