pss, I agree with your statement and my comment, while limited by the space allocated here, was directed at an earlier comment by "Mark" which reads: Can you please post the part where 1244 says that "Kosovo belongs to the Country of Serbia."?

I see another article this morning, here on B92, referring to the issue of 'territorial integrity', clearly this issue remains in the discussion phase.

The only difference is the fact that until nowadays (and until a mutual agreed solution has been found), Kosovo's status is the one of a disputed territory ([link]), means some consider Kosovo a state, and some a Serbian province.
(Comm. Parrisson, 12 October 2012 13:09)

Of course, nothing new here... Everything is disputed, even Serbia's territoryhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_territorial_disputes. It takes just one to dispute something, that's why is that easy :)

Michael,
No one has ever disputed that at the time of the writing of UNSC 1244 Kosovo was a part of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia or Serbia whichever you want to call it. And you did an excellent job of establishing that fact which is not in question. The question is does 1244 guarantee that Kosovo will remain a part of Serbia(FRY) forever. The only answer to that question is in the part you choose to ignore:
"Facilitating a political process designed to determine Kosovo's future status, taking into account the Rambouillet accords (S/1999/648);

In a final stage, overseeing the transfer of authority from Kosovo's provisional institutions to institutions established under a political settlement;"
Which says at the point in 1999 the final status of Kosovo was not determined.
The thing is you have Kosovo and 90+ countries that say the status is settled, and you have Serbia and 30+ that say it has not, and you have a 60+ that have not entered an opinion.
But no where in your listings did you list a guarantee that Kosovo would always be a part of Serbia.

“The claim of EU representatives that the Contact Group supported Kosovo’s territorial integrity in 2005 is a complete lie,” he stressed.

Nonsense! So far, everyone and every party supported Kosovo's territorial integrity. Kosovo Albanians, the EU, Serbia, and even Mr. Kostunica! The only difference is the fact that until nowadays (and until a mutual agreed solution has been found), Kosovo's status is the one of a disputed territory (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_territorial_disputes#Disputes_between_recognized_sovereign_states_and_other_states), means some consider Kosovo a state, and some a Serbian province.

It would seem a reading of Resolution 1244 includes several references to the Kosovo as part of the FRY, of which Serbia was of course also part:

"Determined to resolve the grave humanitarian situation in Kosovo, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia,..." (para. 4)

"Reaffirming the commitment of all Member States to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia..." (para. 8)

"Authorizes the Secretary-General, with the assistance of relevant international organizations, to establish an international civil presence in Kosovo in order to provide an interim administration for Kosovo under which the people of Kosovo can enjoy substantial autonomy within the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia,..." (Sec. 10)

"A political process towards the establishment of an interim political framework agreement providing for a substantial self-government for Kosovo, taking full account of the Rambouillet accords and the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia..." (Annex 1, para 6)

"Establishment of an interim administration for Kosovo as a part of the international civil presence under which the people of Kosovo can enjoy substantial autonomy within the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia,..." (Annex 2, para 5)

Can you please post the part where 1244 says that "Kosovo belongs to the Country of Serbia."?
(Mark, 11 October 2012 21:28)

You got confused... Yet Another J S was not referring to the Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian or Spanish version of UNSCR 1244. He/she was referring to the Serbia version which, according to overhelming evidence in these forums, contains the words "Kosovo belongs to the Country of Serbia."

Serbian government shouldn't trust any solutions from Germans. . German and Serbian interests often do not coincide. Some solutions simply be rejected as unacceptable, but we can negotiate some. Serbia still has to represent it's interests, regardless of what others thought about it.Serbia can make a compromise about some less important things. When it comes to sovereignty, the compromise is unacceptable.

See point 6 below and decide for yourself:

6. The settlement of Kosovo’s status should strengthen regional security and stability. Thus,it will ensure that Kosovo does not return to the preMarch 1999 situation. Any solution that is unilateral or results from the use of force would be unacceptable. There will be no changes in
the current territory of Kosovo, i.e. no partition of Kosovo and no union of Kosovo with any country or part of any country. The territorial integrity and internal stability of regional neighbours will be fully respected.

There was no mention of Kosovo’s territorial integrity, until after Tadic and Clique lost the Elections this year.

This is because the European Union was doing everything to help their Puppet, and even if the EU and Tadic and Clique had such a Policy, then they would keep that Secret for the Obvious Reasons.

I looked at an old Document titled, Enlargement Strategy and Main Challenges 2010-2011; and I did a word search, and I found the only reference to territorial integrity was with regard to the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I copied and pasted the words: Enlargement Strategy and Main Challenges 2012-2013, using Google, and there I found a reference to a supposed Kosovo’s territorial integrity.

That Document is date 10/10/2102, and that shows us just how recent the final draft is, and it was published only in this year.

It should come as no surprise that Euro-America and the Albanians since long ago wanted to steal Kosovo, and they do not give up easily, or ever give up in their Criminal Behaviour.

We know that the Albanians with the help of Euro-America Declared Independence; even though United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 says that Kosovo belongs to the Country of Serbia.
