Well, according to swedish media Croatia is interested in buying them and is not getting anything for free. How you came to the conclusion that Sweden would just give away airplanes for billions of dollars is a mystery.

Republika Srpska is the most functional part of BiH and after the Muslim-Croat federation is reformed, will be the largest territorial unit in Bosnia until inevitable peaceful disintegration which should have happened in the 1990's.
