"No platform details before Priština confirms interest"

Belgrade won't reveal any details of its platform for political talks with Priština "as long as the other side was silent about whether it wanted the talks".

LOL do they really want to talk directly with the north, whose leadership has been far more successful in thwarting Pristina's authority and reach than elites in Belgrade who are tripping over themselves trying to find a less than optimal solution just to please some German eurocrat? What can Pristina possibly offer to people who erect barricades and tell them to bugger back across the Ibar?

Could it actually be worse?? Seriously, they have negotiated all these things with Serbia but the north has rejected EVERYTHING Belgrade has a greed to, why not try a different route.

So Vulin just said that Nikolic and his administration are lying. They are in a rush to join EU. They want to negotiate, despite the fact that Serbian politicians contradict one another on daily basis. First of all Serbs are behind schedule, they know it and they are playing dumb. All the agreements reached have to be implemented before we move on. So Serbs need to speed up the process and stop pointing fingers else where as usual.

You, Vulin first need to face Kosova justice for your illegal entry to Kosova after you have been deported back.

We can then talk practical issues.

He added that an advisor to the Kosovo president had recently expressed the view that Priština should negotiate with the Serbs from Kosovo without intermediaries, as if the Serbian government did not exist, which was an attempt to depict the issue as "Kosovo's internal matter".
