Nah we won't fight against Syrians because thats not our problem, But maybe serbia is helping the terrorist Bashar Al Assad to slaughter even more civilians. I mean you helped Gaddafi but some of those serbs got caught by the rebels.

you r really a bridge to Hell where all ' illyrians' once end up - but what can one expect from 'superhuman' as all albanians think they are!
those civilians are like UCK was ' civilians' or Taliban ' civlians' ... that is a stratagem jihadists use against soft-hearted dhimmies - luckily Israelis did not fall for that - I liked how allahu akbar yelling 'civilians' got what they deserved from IDF in the Golan Heights last year. the same 'civilians' are trying to commit a genocide against Syrian lawful owners - Assyrians, Christians, Druze, Alawites. But turkeys from Turkey know that they will be grilled should they step into Syria - IDF is training Kurds there...nice. NATO - I am from a NATO country and wont' t spill a drop of sweat for Turkey - I ' d rather have russians 'liberating' me than mullah erdogan!

Here's some news for you, your own country and the west will collapse long before Russia will, oh yes, and it won't be 500 years my friend "KOSOVO" and remember you got that here first too.

You have a very nice day now y'hear!!

Turkey has a fairly strong military, they don't need NATO to help them deal with what essentially is a border skirmish. Syria has already apologized through the UN, there will be no war folks, just another nail in the coffin of the current government of Syria.

Ian, bookmark this page. Turkey will be the first NATO country to fall. Don't forget, you heard it here first. :)

That is a mighty Crystal Ball you have there.

Does Turkey 'fall' before or after Serbia get's Kosovo back in 500 years time?

Also can you take a look into your mighty Crystal Ball and tell me when Russia will 'fall' please? Because we've seen that the only reason Russia exists in it's current state is due to fear, force and sellotape.

I can just visualize Obama in transports of delight and rubbing his hands with glee at the thought of Yankee Land swaggering into another war (read: more and more of the already humongous Yankee debt, and body bags returning from the Middle East). And just before the Yankee elections too!

By the same token, I can picture Merkel eagerly looking forward to bankrolling a war after bailing out those EU financial recalcitrants. Are you nuts or what???

Turkey has a lot more interest in cooperating with the Arabs and Persians to keep Kurdistan from rising but Asad is making it hard for the Sunni Turks to stay on friendly terms with the Alawites ruling over the majority Sunni Arabs in Syria. But it is not in Turkeys interest to be fighting a war against the united Kurds from Turket,Syria,Iraq and Iran in addition to fighting Asads army.

It's only blind or total idiots that don't really realise what has been going on in the Syrian conflict. What would Syria gain from starting a war with Turkey and it's Nato allies?

Since Al Qaeda is losing the war in Syria and the Syrian army has stayed loyal to Assad and since mullah Erdogan failed miserably in his attempts to get Nato involved militarily in the conflict a false flag had to be raised for Erdogan to save face.

Mullah Erdogan is nothing more than Obama's puppet.Unlike Bush and his direct approach of the coalition of the willing ,Obama prefers to play his foreign-policy indirectly and naturally he is 'hiding' behind the NATO member puppets.

The countdown for Turkey has already started big time. The Kurdish insurrection will bleed Turkey dry both militarily and financially until the time comes for an independent Kurdistan.

No Ian, NATO won't be dragged into a war for Turkey to lose, Iran to mobilize, Israel to retaliate, and Kurdistan to rise. Put your sock away.

And so it begins. The death of civilians is unfortunate, but it is the incident that NATO has been waiting for and maybe helped initiate, plus they do it constantly in Afghanistan. At least Syria apologized, something that NATO hardly did, does, or will do. “NATO held an emergency meeting and expressed their support to Ankara. NATO officials also warned Syria that it needed to respect the international law.” NATO and international law: how ironic. In the (near) future borders in The Middle East will be redrawn to serve Western interest better: after all, they were drawn after WWI for the same purpose by the same kind of people, but almost 100 years later things have changed and so new interests have to be served better.
