Official: Too early to talk about NATO

Serbia is ready to use all the opportunities offered by the Partnership for Peace program, but it is too early to talk about the country's accession to NATO.

"Serbia: Russia would see this as a real unfriendly position"

Why? Russia is part of NATO's "partnership for peace" program.

To hell with NATO.

Would Serbia have joined the NAZI party after what those dogs did to Serb civilians....I do not think so.

Joining NATO, when you remove the huge elephant in the room that NATO illegally bombed Serbia, is still the wrong decision economically. In the middle of a budget crisis and rampant unemployment is not the time to purchase foreign military hardware whose production earned not a single serb a paycheque. Create business in Serbia rather than drain off the national wealth to those who would see Serbia dismembered.

The only conversation Serbia should have with NATO is setting out a timeline of when Javier Solana will handed over to Serbia for prosecution for war crimes.

"... and we would like to achieve a just solution, acceptable for both Serbs and Albanians,“ Dačić said.

What that will look like without recognising formally Kosovo independence...? Nice word "just" though...)))

"Too early" means, Serbia will also accept this last condition to kiss others feets. Here is a problem for Serbia: Russia would see this as a real unfriendly position (its now due to Serbias EU-mania that Serbia is, not visible for the public, is voting in the UN in important questions against old allys) und nobody can expect that Russia would protect Serbias further with the same efforts like so far. At the end Serbia will loose EU, Kosovo, Russia and others. What a clever policy of amateurs:
