Every time I see a photo of Milo, I just shudder. He was a Milosevic goon, a gangster who carved out his own little fiefdom. He got a suit, cleaned himself up, started talking about democracy and hey presto! he is all 'respectable'.

All the people from Montenegro that I have ever met told me they are Serbs except the ones who are Albanian,Muslim Slavs or Turks and Catholics so all the latter combined obviously make up the 51% who voted for Montenegro to secede from Serbia but I understand all the Montenegrins living in Serbia were not allowed to vote. There is no such etnicity or language called black mountain from what I hear.

You're partially right. Maybe just over 50% of the people living in Montenegro are Serb. The rest are Albanian, Bosniak* and other minorities.
'True Montenegrins' are a byproduct of intermarriage and converts.
Maybe there's a case to be made for Serbia to claim most of MN.

"This should also encourage our European partners that through such relations in the region, we will create the conditions for constructive cooperation and regional competitiveness, which will serve as an incentive to all and ensure that all countries in the Western Balkans become a part of the EU in the near future," Đukanović said."

In the "near future"????? ALL countries in the western Balkans???? Talk about wishful thinking! Anyway the EU might not even be around in the future.

"Đukanović heads the Coalition for a European Montenegro, which includes the DPS, the Social Democratic Party and the Liberal Party.

The ruling coalition is the favorite to win the Montenegrin parliamentary election set for October 14."

Courting the Serb vote is he in his praise of Serbia?

It Could be Euro-America realize that had Montenegro been part of Yugoslavia, then Kosovo may be independent today, because of the Montenegrin Voters.

Perhaps Euro-America wants Montenegrin Voters to be part of a Country of Serbia and Montenegro.

Perhaps a Confederation of Serbia and Montenegro, where one does not vote at the other Elections or Referendum might be good for these two Neighbouring Countries.
