“Serbia’s negotiating team to be ready by mid-October”

Serbia should start implement previous agreements first. I doubt any progerss will be made....Serbian polititians will be asked to change Koshtunica's constitution....EU or Russia both without Kosovo.....

There should be some senior officials with the Russian Government accompanying Serbian Officials at the table...

With all the blundering at the UN with the Syrian & Iranian issues? Don't hold your breath to long Ryan! You might just blow a gasket! The Russians are finished, they don't have a chance at international meditating on world issues ! No country will ever trust Russia again!

Serbia has ever started with its "negotiation teams" (could somebody imagine US or germany would sent "negotiation teams")as "lion" and was landd at the carpets with total capitulation, better for serbia: to sign the papers from Brussels and have not these travelexpenses.
